Elera Venue can accommodate up to 150 – 200 guests.
In addition to the rental rate, a refundable $500 security deposit is due upon booking. If no damage/additional charges are incurred, your security deposit will be returned within 10 business days following your event.

Rental Price
includes:
- 6HRS Access; set up and take down time ($100 for extra hours)
- Venue can be rented up to 12HRS and shall close at 2AM
- Guest Tables: 14 (60” fits 10 chairs each)
- Guest Chairs: up to 125 Metallic Chivari Chairs with Cushion
- Bistro Tables: 6 cocktail- Height Tables for mingling indoors & outdoors
- Enclosed Outdoor Courtyard
- Free Parking Lot (Valet parking is also available upon request, extra fee will be charged per hour)
- Tablecloths $15 per table or provide your own
- Kitchenette (fridge, microwave, ice machine)
- Full-service bar with 4 coolers, ice box & freezer with bartender
- Bluetooth speaker system + 2 wireless microphones
- Elegant chandeliers
- Outdoor courtyard area (ceremonies & cocktail hour)
- Preferred vendors available (MC/DJ services, bartender, valet)
- Event attendant; setup and breakdown
- Ice and water
- Additional hours: $250 / hour
- Cleaning fee (flat): $350 (applies to all bookings)
Outside Alcohol

- TABC Bartender (or you can provide your own)
- Certified Houston Police Security: $100/hr. 3HRS minimum
You and your caterer are responsible for providing:
- All drinks, mixers, garnishes, cups, straws & napkins.
- There is an Ice maker onsite & cooler space available for your drinks behind the bar.
Outside Food
Allowed
- No additional fees, no insurance required
- Cooking must be done OFFSITE
- Refrigerator & Ice Maker Available (No Freezer)
You and your caterer are responsible for providing:
- All food service equipment, plates, utensils.
- Industrial trash cans & trash bags provided with onsite dumpster;
- You or your caterer are responsible for trash disposal.

Yes, outside food is welcome at Elera Venue.
You may use your preferred caterer, and there are no additional fees or insurance requirements for outside food. All cooking must be done offsite, but the venue provides a refrigerator and ice maker for storage and event use (please note: no freezer is available).
You and your caterer will be responsible for providing all food service items, including plates, utensils, and serving equipment. This flexibility allows you to curate a dining experience that best fits your event style and guest needs.
